Purpose
The purpose of this memo is to provide information to the Franklin Municipal Planning Commission (FMPC) concerning a Final Plat for Longview Subdivision, final plat, revision 1, lots 11 and 12.

Background/Staff Comments
Applicant is proposing 3 light industrial storage buildings on 3.32 acres in a previously platted development. The site is located at 108 Werthan Circle at the intersection of Werthan Circle and Merrill Drive, a private street. The site is in the Columbia Avenue Overlay (CAO) district, special area #3. The final plat submitted is to consolidate the two existing lots and abandon a previously platted drainage easement running between the two lots currently.

PROCEDURAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. In addition to uploading the corrected plat to the online plan review website (https://franklin.contractorsplanroom.com/secure/), the applicant shall submit three (3) paper copies and a .pdf file of the corrected plat, along with the Mylar, to the Department of Building and Neighborhood Services (Suite 110, Franklin City Hall). The Certificates of Approval for the Subdivision Name and Street Names, Water System (if not COF Water), Survey, and Ownership shall be signed when the plat is resubmitted.
