Purpose
The purpose of this memo is to request approval from the Board of Mayor and Aldermen for the purchase of required Right-of-Way and Easement for Carothers Parkway (Gap Section).
 
Background
The Board of Mayor and Alderman approved the contract for this project and currently it is under construction. This will settle the remaining Right-of-Way and Easement for this project.
 
Financial Impact
It was agreed that the city would pay a "pass through" cost to reimburse the developer. The costs that were submitted by the developer total $359,400.68.
