Purpose

The purpose of this memo is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning the renewal of a retail liquor license.

Background

The McCormick's have made renewal application for a retail liquor license for the store located at 327 Independence Square.  In accordance with policy, a background records check has been performed by the Franklin Police Department.  The applicants have satisfied all application requirements.
