Purpose
The purpose of this memo is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning the issuance of this retail certificate. Ms. Ranjanben (Linda) Patel is purchasing the business from Mr. Dahyabhai Patel. A requirement for her State of Tennessee license is this certificate approved by the Board of Mayor and Aldermen. Later this month, Ms. Patel will purchase and own 100% of this business (Radhe Radhe Bal, LLC). Due to the timeliness of Mr. Patel’s renewal and Ms. Patel’s purchase of the business and application for Retail Certificate with the State of Tennessee, you will see overlapping applications for this same location. However, they are two separate and different licenses. This item requires Board approval so Ms. Patel can complete the application process with the State of Tennessee.
