The proposed building contains elements which are compatible with the architecture of the existing buildings already constructed in Gateway Village and which would be found on buildings in traditional neighborhood designs. It should help define the streetscape and provide for an orderly transition between the commercial and residential uses. Treatment of the streetscape enhances the appearance and unifies the development."
