Purpose
The purpose of this memo is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning the renewal of this retail certificate. Mr. Dahyabhai Patel is renewing this license certificate, a requirement for his State of Tennessee license. Later this month, he will then be selling his business (Radhe Radhe Bal, LLC) to Ranjanben (Linda) Patel. Due to the timeliness of Mr. Patel's renewal and Ms. Patel's purchase of the business and application for Retail Certificate with the State of Tennessee, you will see overlapping applications for this same location. However, they are two separate and different licenses. This item requires Board approval so Mr. Patel can keep his license current during the sale transaction and transition of the business to Ms. Patel.
