Background/Staff Comments

The Peak 10 site plan was first approved administratively on February 18, 2015. During the Post PC review process, staff noticed three specimen trees totaling 84 caliper inches were shown to be removed, but not accounted for or plotted. The applicant is unable to plant trees on the site to provide compensation and will instead provide a cash contribution to the City of Franklin Tree Bank. Funds will be used to plant trees in public areas elsewhere in the City.

Approved sureties have also been adjusted due to changes in the site layout.
