Purpose
The purpose of this memo is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning Middle Tennessee Electric’s proposal for tree growth regulators. The program is intended to slow the growth rate of trees, allowing for the extension and protection of clearing investments, reducing trimming frequency, and improve service reliability.
