Purpose

The purpose of this memorandum is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning COF Contract 2017-0042.

 

Background

Additional right-of-way was needed on Village Plains Blvd to accommodate truck traffic through the Berry Farms Development.  First Farmers and Merchants Bank dedicated the necessary right-of-way at no cost to the City of Franklin.
