Purpose
The purpose of this memo is to provide information to the Franklin Municipal Planning Commission (FMPC) concerning a final plat revision for Ovation PUD Subdivision at the intersection of McEwen Drive and Carothers Parkway.

Background/Staff Comments
This plat is being revised to match the revised development plan approved by FMPC at its September 2014 meeting. In this revised development plan, the roadway network internal to the site was modified. Hence, the plat is required to be revised to align lot lines with this modified roadway network. The overall boundaries of the site are not changing, and the lot lines are still aligning with the two zoning districts on the property.

PROCEDURAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. In addition to uploading the corrected plat to the online plan review website (https://franklin.contractorsplanroom.com/secure/), the applicant shall submit three (3) paper copies and a .pdf file of the corrected plat, along with the Mylar, to the Department of Building and Neighborhood Services (Suite 110, Franklin City Hall). The Certificates of Approval for the Subdivision Name and Street Names, Water System (if not COF Water), Survey, and Ownership shall be signed when the plat is re...
