Purpose
The purpose of this procurement is to purchase sewer lateral rehabilitation services for a term of award of one (1) year, with up to four (4) one-year options to extend, for the Wastewater-General Division of the Water Management Department. The term contract would be used to improve priority sewer laterals as identified by the City on the City's wastewater collection system.
Background
The City published on May 30, 2019 a Notice to Bidders in the Williamson Herald for sewer lateral rehabilitation term contract. In addition, bid documents were sent on or about the same date directly to three (3) potential bidders known or thought to be interested in this solicitation. Bids from three (3) service providers were publicly opened at the bid opening held on July 9, 2019. Both a tabulation of the bids received for this solicitation and a tabulation of bid line-item pricing are attached.
