Purpose

The purpose of this memorandum is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning COF 2018-0041 and COF 2018-0042.

 

Background

City staff is working to replace a 72” corrugated metal pipe (CMP) in the Maplewood Subdivision.  Both easements were required to accommodate the project. 

 

Financial Impact

COF 2018-0041 - $6,355.60 paid out the Stormwater Fund to Jeffrey and Katie Lux.

COF 2018-0042 - $1,073.11 paid out of the Stormwater Fund to Phillip and Marcie Kindred.
