Purpose
The purpose of this memo is to provide information to the Franklin Municipal Planning Commission (FMPC) concerning a surety revision to the final plat for the Blossom Park PUD Subdivision, located 3003 Del Rio Pike.

Background/Staff Comments
The development plan (COF# 2779) and rezoning (COF #2792) were originally voted favorably on by FMPC on August 22, 2013. The site plan (COF# 2941) was approved by FMPC on February 27, 2014. The final plat (COF# 2960) was originally approved by FMPC on February 27, 2014 without the appropriate engineering sureties. This is a revision to add the appropriate engineering sureties. All other original conditions of approval still apply to this final plat.

New Conditions of Approval
Sureties shall be posted in the amount of:
I. City Water: $118,000
II. City Sewer: $250,000
III. Streets (including private streets): $321,000
V. Sidewalks: $20,000
VI. Drainage: $249,000
VII. Green Infrastructure: $85,000
VIII. ITS Elements: $6,000
