Purpose
The purpose of this memo is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning the renewal of a retail liquor license.
Background
Mr. Thomas Klaritch has made renewal application for a retail liquor license for the store located at 3046 Columbia Avenue. In accordance with policy, a background records check has been performed by the Franklin Police Department. Mr. Klaritch has satisfied all application requirements.
