Purpose
The purpose of this memorandum is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning the professional services agreement with Boozer & Company for the Mack Hatcher Northwest Utility Relocation Project.
Background
This agreement with Boozer & Company is for the appraisal of the easements necessary to relocate utilities for the Mack Hatcher Northwest extension project.
Financial Impact
The cost associated with this agreement was for an amount not to exceed $10,500.
