Owner: Bucky Ingram, Willow Branch Partners, LLC

Background/Staff Comments
This development was created from two parcels along Ralston Lane. The properties were rezoned, and PUD development plan was approved, on July 25, 2013.  The site plan was administratively approved in December 2013.  The development contains 13 single family lots ranging from 2,843 square feet to 12,904 square feet.  All lots are accessed off of a newly created cul-de-sac.  There is a detention area along the front of the development, and an open space lot running the length of the west perimeter to act as a buffer between this development and an existing neighborhood.  Rear setbacks for the lots abutting the south perimeter of the development were set at a larger distance than the rest of the subdivision, as a way to ensure proper placement of new development adjacent to existing homes to the south.
