Berry Farms Town Center PUD Subdivision is a previously approved Subdivision with entitlements for 503 residential dwelling units and 1,114,625 square feet of commercial/retail space. The Section 4 site plan was approved prior to 2010. This is a revision to the approved concept plan which affects two parcels at the intersection of Berry Farms Crossing and Five Mile Crossing. The Berry Farms Town Center pattern book is also being updated to define and permit a hotel as a permitted use in the Village Center transect zone of Berry Farms. The applicant proposes a hotel with 74,873 square feet on 2.82 acres.

PROCEDURAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. The applicant shall upload the corrected plan to the online plan review website (https://franklin.contractorsplanroom.com/secure/) and submit one complete and folded set and a .pdf file of corrected development plan to the Department of Building and Neighborhood Services (Suite 110, Franklin City Hall). The revisions to the approved plans shall be “clouded.” With the resubmittal, each condition of approval/open issue in the online plan review system shall contain a full response from the applicant as to the satisfaction or completion of that condition.
2. The city’s project identification number shall be included on all correspondence with any city department relative to this project.
