Background/Staff Comments
The Franklin Park Subdivision was originally platted on October 22, 2014 with the purpose of creating 6 lots and dedicating easements, right-of-way, and open space. This final plat resubdivides lot 6 into two lots, for the purpose of creating a lot for the Two Franklin Park office building. This plat also defines easements associated with the proposed office building. This subdivision meets the applicable requirements of the Subdivision Regulations and Zoning Ordinance.
Project Considerations
Project Considerations are not conditions of this approval, but are intended to highlight issues that should be considered in the overall site design or may be required when more detailed plans are submitted for review. These items are not meant to be exhaustive and all City requirements and ordinances must be met with each plan submittal.
The plat cannot be recorded until the corresponding site plan has been approved in Post-PC.
