body
Update: Background/Staff Comments
The rezoning ordinance was amended by the FMPC to include the property at 329 N. Margin in CFCO-9.
Update: Background/Staff Comments
The text amendment (Ordinance 2015-45) for CFCO-9 and CFCO-10 was adopted on 3rd and final reading by the BOMA in January.
This rezoning (Ordinance 2015-46) adds the former daycare property at 4th Avenue N/N. Margin into CFCO-9 for the purpose of allowing cohesive redevelopment of the 5th Avenue N. block. It also establishes a new CFCO-10, whose main purpose is to follow the CPAT recommendations to allow parking lots as primary uses for the vacant parcels along N. Margin.
Attached is a request by a property owner with a vacant property at 329 N. Margin to be included in CFCO-9 rather than the proposed CFCO-10. It is across the street from the former daycare.
Also included is a contours map that shows the two-foot contours in this area.
Background/Staff Comments
This rezoning allows the Land Use Plan and the Community Planning Assistance Team (CPAT) study to be implemented. It shifts the special area boundaries for CFCO-9 and creates the boundaries for a new CFCO-10.
