Purpose
The purpose of this memo is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning contract with the Total Group for maintenance services at the Water Treatment Plant.
Background
As part of the regular maintenance of the new mechanical equipment at the Water Treatment Plant, the Water Management Department has contracted with Total Maintenance Group to perform annual inspection and maintenance on the cooling and heating system and the boiler that’s used for the building.
Financial Impact
The contract amount is for Two Thousand Four Hundred and Sixty Dollars and Zero Cents ($2,460.00) annually and is budgeted for out of the Water Treatment Plant operating fund (421-82660-52103.
