COF Project Number: 7144
Applicant: Roger Harrah
Owner: Linda Newton, Natures Landing Homeowner's Association Inc.

Background/Staff Comments
This plat creates two lots from an existing 5.0 acre parcel along Lewisburg Pike. The western lot will continue to be accessed by Lewisburg Pike. The eastern lot will consolidate an unbuildable lot within Natures Landing into the property, to allow access along Natures Landing Drive.

Project Considerations are not conditions of this approval, but are intended to highlight issues that should be considered in the overall site design or may be required when more detailed plans are submitted for review. These items are not meant to be exhaustive and all City requirements and ordinances must be met with each plan submittal.

The Natures Landing Homeowners Association intends to quit claim the nonbuildable lot to Mrs. Newton as part of this subdivision.
