Purpose
The purpose of this memorandum is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning a recommendation for denial of a request for sewer availability for the above referenced property.
Background
Date of Request: 12/12/19. SFUE’s Requested: 2. Domestic Water Meter Size(s): ¾”. This property is located outside of the City limits. The applicant would be required to construct a sanitary sewer main approximately 800 feet to serve the property at an approximate cost of $320,000. This applicant is requesting denial.
