Purpose
The purpose of this memo is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning the preventative maintenance contract with Daikin for the Fire Station 8 HVAC System.
Background
This preventative maintenance agreement will provide routine inspection and maintenance of the HVAC equipment to minimize or prevent unscheduled downtime by detecting deficiencies early and ensure efficient operation and maximum equipment life.
Financial Impact
The Annual Fee for the service is $9,700.00.
