Purpose
The purpose of this memo is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning the agreement for dedication of water line easement for the Mack Hatcher North West Utility Relocations Project.
Background
To construct the new north west extension of Mack Hatcher, there are several utilities that have to be relocated. This easement is necessary for the relocation of an 18” water line.
Financial Impact
The fair market value amount paid for the easement was $41,000.00 paid out of the Sewer General Fund.
