Purpose
The purpose of this memo is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning the dedication of a green infrastructure easement in order to install necessary stormwater quality treatment infrastructure.
Background
The Christ Community Church PUD Subdivision is required to install adequate stormwater quality treatment features to meet the requirements of the City of Franklin Stormwater Ordinance. This easement will allow for future inspection and maintenance of the feature.
Financial Impact
There is no financial impact to the City of Franklin.
