Purpose
The purpose of this memo is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with R. Rhett Turner, MAI.
Background
On August 13, 2019, the BOMA approved Resolution 2019-68 “To Adopt the Project Lists for the FY 2019-2028 Capital Investment Program (CIP). Included in this project list was the 100 Block Battle Avenue Drainage Improvements project. Subsequently, on November 12, 2019 the BOMA appoved Resolution 2019-113, which allows the City Administrator and City Attorney to finalize the acquisitions of property located at 109 and 111 Battle Avenue. This PSA (COF Contract No. 2019-0344) allows for the reappraisal of the properties at 109 and 111 Battle Avenue.
Financial Impact
The total cost of this PSA (COF Contract No. 2019-0344) is $10,000. Expenses for this project have been programmed to be paid from the Stormwater Fund.
