Purpose
The purpose of this memo is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning a consulting agreement with the Keith McGee Group, a national consulting firm whose primary focus is the development and enhancement of people, organizations and companies as leaders.
Background
The Keith McGee has over 28 years of experience in executive management, maximizing human capital, leadership development, executive coaching, team building and motivational speaking. The City of Franklin will utilize Keith McGee’s extensive background to provide executive leadership and human resources consulting services.
Financial Impact
The consulting agreement will be billed at a rate of $250/hour, not to exceed $25,000.
