Purpose
The purpose of this memorandum is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning a Letter of Agreement between the City of Franklin and the State of Tennessee Department of Finance and Administration regarding the grant received.
Background
The City of Franklin received a One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000) grant from the State of Tennessee to be used for the exterior rehabilitation of the barn at the Park at Harlinsdale Farm. The purpose of this Letter of Agreement is to acknowledge that the State of Tennessee has made such appropriation available for the City to accept. By signing this Letter of Agreement, the City accepts the One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000) grant.
Financial Impact
The City of Franklin will receive One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000) in appropriated grant funds to be used for the exterior rehabilitation of the barn at the Park at Harlinsdale Farm.
