Purpose
The purpose of this memo is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning a proposal to revise the organizational chart of the Franklin Fire Department.
Background
As of the time of publication, the revision is still being finished. Information on this request will be presented at the committee meeting.
Financial Impact
There is sufficient budgetary capacity within the FY 2019 budget to accommodate any revision at tthis time. But an amendment maybe needed prior to the end of FY 2019 to ensure budgetary compliance. Again, more information will be presented at the committee meeting.
