Purpose

The purpose of this memorandum is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning the Quitclaim Deed for Fire Station 7 (COF Contract No. 2018-0244) with Williamson County, Tennessee.

 

Background

The Quitclaim Deed concerning Fire Station 7 is an agreement with Williamson County, Tennessee for property located east of Old Long Lane and north of Peytonsville Road.

 

Financial Impact

There are no set-up or annual fees associated with this contract.
