Purpose
The purpose of this memorandum is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning a request for sanitary sewer availability for the above referenced property.

Domestic Water Meter Size(s): N/A (Mallory Valley Utility District)
This property is located outside of the City limits and is an acceptable distance to the City's Sewer mains.

A timeline of this availability requests is summarized below:

As requested, the WMD has prepared cost estimates for connecting this residence to the public sanitary sewer at an approximate cost to the Owner of $3,000.

While this is an atypical method of expanding the collection system, availability can be provided to this residence at minimal cost. The WMD requests that the availability of 999 Scramblers Knob be contingent upon the resident entering into an agreement with conditions outlined in the attached Resolution. These conditions include:
