Purpose
The purpose of this memorandum is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning the renewal of retail sale certificate to Publix grocery store for selling wine.
Background
The City issues certificates to Grocery stores within the city limits, upon clear background check approvals. The required background checks have been performed on specific company executives and the store’s managing agent for the store above; all applicants for this location have passed.
