Purpose
The purpose of this memo is to notify and provide information to the Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) regarding the sponsorship agreement approved on behalf of BOMA between the City of Franklin and Williamson Medical Center.
Background
The City entered into an agreement with MTEMC for sponsorship of the 2018 Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony. Williamson Medical Center will sponsor the Photos with Santa at the event and will receive, among other recognitions, their logo on each photo; signage at the event; and event promotion on the City’s social media. Other items received in exchange for the sponsorship are listed on the attached agreement.
Financial Impact
The City will receive $5,000.
