Purpose
The purpose of this memo is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning purchase of additional licenses for our Infor Public Sector software.
Background
As our City has grown with additional staff and as we have expanded the use of our Infor Public Sector software, the need for additional licenses to cover the staff using the software, has increased. This purchase gets us the additional licenses needed to cover the staff using the software.
Financial Impact
The total cost of this purchase is $330,858, which is broken into $275,715 for the additional licenses and $55,143 for support and maintenance on those licenses.
