The purpose of this memorandum is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning COF 2016-0357.
Background
Middle Tennessee Electric Membership Corporation (MTEMC) required an easement on City Property to accommodate both City Hall and the 231 Public Square Development Project. Easement document has been included.
