Purpose
The purpose of this memorandum is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning the Professional Services Agreements (PSA) with Rhett Turner for the Bobby Drive Water Line Improvements Project.
Background
These PSA’s are for the appraisals for the easements necessary to construct the Bobby Drive Water Line Improvements Project.
Financial Impact
The costs associated with these agreements were for an amount not to exceed $17,500 and $22,500, respectively.
