Purpose
The purpose of this memo is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning the Final Change Order to the Construction Contract (COF Contract No. 2014-0181) with Cleary Construction Inc. for the Curd Branch and Watson Branch Interceptor Sewer Improvements Project.
Background
The construction contract for the Curd Branch and Watson Branch Interceptor Sewer Improvements Project was approved at the November 8, 2016, BOMA meeting and awarded to Cleary Construction, Inc. in the amount of $1,481,995.00. Construction on the project is complete.
Financial Impact
This final reconciling change order is a decrease in the construction contract of $51,241.00.
