Purpose
The purpose of this memo is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning approval that was given on behalf of the Board to enter an agreement for the Franklin Fire Department to do a one-time rental of a portable stage.
Background
Franklin Fire Department conducts either an annual or bi-annual awards ceremony to recognize their personnel. A stage was necessary to present the awards to the recipients.
Financial Impact
The total fee for the one-time rental was $415.60.

Approval for this one-time rental was given by the City Administrator per authority granted by BOMA.
