Purpose
The purpose of this memo is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning COF 2017-0134.
Background
Engineering staff was asked to evaluate the cut and fill potential for the city owned property located South of Mack Hatcher and East of Claude Yates Drive. This evaluation was done to determine the development potential associated with the 55 AC city owned property.
Financial Impact
$5,000 paid out the Engineering Departments annual budget.
