Irrigation Repair Agreement (COF Contract 2017-0193) with the Carlisle Homeowners Association, Inc. as part of the SR96 West Trail Project in the amount of $3,500.00

Purpose
The purpose of this memo is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning COF 2017-0193.
Background
As part of the SR-96W Trail project the City of Franklin acquired a 345 SF permanent drainage easement and a 2,294 SF temporary slope and construction easement from the Carlisle Homeowners Association, Inc. The construction of the project caused damage to the HOA’s irrigation system and required repair. This agreement paid the HOA to complete the necessary repairs as part of the project.
Financial Impact
$3,500.00 paid out of the CIP project fund.
