Purpose

The purpose of this memo is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning COF 2017-0246.

 

Background

Alfred Benesh & Company was hired to assist the City with the submittal of the FY 2018 Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP) Grant application.  The grant application was for the construction of a multiuse trail connecting Harlinsdale Farm and the existing trail system located within the Chestnut Bend HOA.

 

Financial Impact

The cost associated with this professional services agreement was in the amount of $4,794.00.

The City Administrator approved this agreement under the authority granted by the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen by Resolution 2012-05.
