Purpose
The purpose of this memo is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning COF 2017-0262.
Background
TDOT and the City identified two structures that needed asbestos and regulated material survey services as part of the Mack Hatcher NW extension project. The two structures identified for performing the asbestos and regulated material survey services were an existing metal barn and silo. These structures will be removed as part of the Mack Hatcher NW extension project.
Financial Impact
$5,800 paid out the CIP budget. These items will be reimbursed by TDOT.
