Professional Services Agreement (COF Contract No. 2017-0074) with Huner Consulting, LLC. for the Municipal Services Complex Pavement Rehabilitation Plan for an amount not to exceed $24,000.

Purpose

The purpose of this memo is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning COF Contract No. 2017-0074.

 

Background

On April 25, 2017 the Board Approved Resolution 2017-25, “Initial Resolution Authorizing the City of Franklin, Tennessee, to Issue its General Obligation Bonds in the Aggregate Principal Amount of Not to Exceed Twenty-Eight Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($28,500,000)”.  These bonds included funding for improvements at the sanitation facility to rehabilitate the pavement and make improvements to some of the infrastructure.  This PSA includes design services associated with pavement rehabilitation at the facility.

 

Financial Impact

The cost associated with this professional services agreement is for an amount not to exceed $24,000.
