Purpose

The purpose of this memorandum is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning COF 2017-0092, COF 2017-0096 and COF 2017-0114.

 

Background

On July 11, 2017 the Board of Mayor and Aldermen approved Resolution 2017-19, “A Resolution to Approve the Preliminary Design of the Jordan Branch Stream Restoration Project and Authorize Staff to Complete Right-of-Way Acquisition, Final Design and Construction”.  The property owner, Cool Springs Real Estate Assoc., LP, dedicated the required public drainage and access easements and riparian buffer conservation easement necessary to complete the Jordan Branch Stream Restoration Project.
