Purpose
The purpose of this memorandum is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning this retail liquor license.
Background
Mr. Alpesh Patel owned and operated, with his wife Alpa Patel, the store located at 108 N. Royal Oaks Boulevard until he passed away in December of 2017. His wife continues to operate the business as Managing Agent. In accordance with policy, a background records check has been performed by the Franklin Police Department and Mrs. Patel’s record has come back satisfactory.
