Purpose

The purpose of this memorandum is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning an annexation request and draft Plan of Services for the property at 4360 Long Lane.

 

Background

This property is contiguous to the city limits along the north side of the property line.  The property is surrounded by the Highlands at Ladd Park PUD Subdivision and would be required to extend existing roadway and infrastructure networks across the property. This property is within the Goose Creek Character Area, and the applicant’s desire to develop this property as single family residential uses would be supported by Envision Franklin.
