Purpose
The purpose of this memo is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning a new retail liquor license due to the sale of an existing store.
Background
Mr. Patel has made application for a retail liquor license for the store located at 108 N. Royal Oaks Blvd. In accordance with policy, a background records check has been requested of the Franklin Police Department. Mr. Patel has satisfied all application requirements.
